VnExpress was created in February 2001, with a mission to provide its readers with the most objective, balanced, up-to-date and honest report possible.
After only one year, VnExpress became the most popular Vietnamese online newspaper, and it has retained this position over the last 20 years.
In 2021 alone, VnExpress had over 40 million average readers monthly, with over 10 billion views and 5 million comments in total. VnExpress has a wide range of audience, with readers from 18 to 65 years of age.
The online newspaper made plenty of impressive records, such as being part of Alexa’s top 100 most widely-read websites in the world, with groundbreaking figures: 49.8 monthly readers and over 1 billion page views.
