● Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to develop successful strategies.
● Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and create marketing plans with specific goals for different channels and segments.
● Plan and carry out marketing and advertising activities across both online and offline media channels.
● Develop and manage the marketing budget, as well as create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow the brand through social media campaigns, lead generation, digital, branding, communications with agencies, and so on.
● Evaluate, track, and report on sales trends, market analysis, competitor analysis, and campaign reports.
● Other tasks as assigned by management


● A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is required.
● Understanding media is advantageous.
● At least two years of relevant experience (Branding, Marketing, PR/Advertising/Communication…) is required; candidates with Agency experience are preferred.
● MS Office and marketing software (email marketing, Mailchimp, CRM, etc.) prowess
● Knowledge of social media and web analytics
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.
● Self-motivated, result-oriented with high standards, proactive, and able to get to the heart of problems in order to achieve the highest level of efficiency; open-minded thinking for innovation and creativity; and the ability to grasp trends quickly
● Have strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently under pressure.
