CONTENT PRODUCTION MANAGER

TALENT RECRUIMENT (50%)

● Recruiting, finding the employees with the company’s vision and core values.
● Contact candidates and coordinate with the head of the department to interview candidates about expertise and corporate culture
● Actively develop initiatives for employer branding activities.

BUILDING CORPORATION (30%)

● Contribute to building a corporate culture based on the company’s core values.
● Connecting employees to the same vision and mission.
● Planning and organizing internal events: year-end parties, sports activities, company events…
● Develop, propose and implement programs to motivate and retain employees, conduct opinion-gathering surveys, assess employee satisfaction, employee dialogue, and exit interviews.

C&B (20%)

● Contributing, implementing salary policy and human resource policies in the field of Media.
● Manage permissions, timesheet.
● Prepare payroll & monthly HR reports.
● Carrying out the procedures to register for Insurance for Company employees.
● Carry out procedures for issuing tax code, registering for dependents, issuing deduction invoices…
● Data management and personnel records.
● Monitor probationary evaluation, carry out procedures for signing /renewal /liquid action of labor contracts.
● Receive, synthesize and respond to information from employees.
● Summarize the company’s reward and discipline proposals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Economics/Law of related discipline;
● Minimum 3 years of experience working in a similar position in start-up, companies and corporations (Preferably in the media and press industry)
● Good knowledge of human resources management, understanding Vietnamese labor Law.
● Proficient in using office information technology, able to update and apply technology in work;
● Enthusiastic, proactive, honest, responsible;
● Skill:

Candidate interviewing skills
Communication and negotiation;
Ability to connect and build relationships;
Skilled in planning and organizing work Teamwork
