PR & COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

● Develop and implement plans, strategies, and actions for media campaigns, press releases, statements, and Q&A sessions in English and Vietnamese.
● Maximize both the quality and quantity of Public Relations articles: Enhance the number of company information, brand partnership news and client news. Be a storyteller to identify the right context, leverage data to support the content development.
● Establish an International and Vietnamese media community. This category includes relationships with reporters, journalists, television editors, and others at a higher level. Brainstorm strategies for long-term collaborations with current and prospective partners.
● Write media invitations, organize news conferences, write press releases, and distribute press releases.
● Handle media responses and actively track alerts/ coordinate with another team/ solve crisis communications.
● Monitor and ensure that the coverage meets the KPIs in terms of coverage quantity and quality.
● Responsible for brand management. This includes, but is not limited to, S-World Media’s brand positioning and strategy development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

● 5+ years of proven experience in PR, CSR, Corporate Communications, or similar roles.
● Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
● Have a solid understanding of 6-7 specific brands in different industries including, but not limited to technology, education, medical, finance, and foreign affairs.
● Have strong existing media relationships with a diverse range of editors, reporters, and thought leaders.
● PR Agency background is a plus.
● Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Communications, Marketing or related fields (Journalism, Languages, International Relations, etc.).
● A creative mind and adept at content creation for the various Public Relations.
● Have strong attention to detail, and good follow-through.
● Sincerity, persistence, creativity, honesty, responsibility, and initiative at work.
● Able to withstand high pressure at work and long-term commitment
