CONTENT PRODUCTION MANAGER
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
● Directly manage, deploy, evaluate, and report on the content and production department personnel’s quality and performance.
● Create plans for cross-platform content development, and production in accordance with the Board of Director’s KPIs.
● Develop strategies for editors, production teams, and other departments in order to build a high-quality, creative, and distinct human resource team.
● Create new content and a new multi-platform collaboration model in accordance with the company’s growth strategy.
● Especially programs produced in other countries.
● Investigate customer and market desires in order to create content with the team in accordance with the following objectives:
Documentaries, reportage, reportage, reality TV, and talk show… are examples of TV show products.
Digital Products: Combining e-newspaper and social network distribution
Products for Business: TV commercials, viral videos, reportage, and corporate documentaries.
Other products and services that customers and the company have requested
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Passionate, progressive, creative, responsible, and flexible.
Empathetic, unafraid to fail, and the desire to discover yourself.
Graduated in Journalism, Marketing, Communication, and related majors.
Knowledge:
Have a strong understanding of production organization and multimedia content creation.
Understanding of communication channels and global development trends.
Passion, background knowledge, and work experience in the following industries: Technology (particularly new technology: Blockchain, metaverse, and Crypto), education, finance, healthcare, and foreign affairs.
Languages: Fluency in English is required, as is experience studying and working in an international setting.
Excellent management, administration, and teamwork.
Finding good information, editing, synthesizing, and evaluating it (Sensitive and passionate about discovering, telling, and realizing stories that touch audiences and create emotions about the brand)
Planning, management, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities are required.
